Shipping policy

ALL orders will ship 2 - 4 working days after purchase. This is to ensure things are packed correctly and are being sent out on time. 

✦  International Orders ✦ 

For all orders outside of the UK, you may have to pay customs fees. This is not covered in your purchase and Bloom & Ivy is not responsible for this. This may change at a later date but as a very tiny business we are unable to set this up at this time.

✦  Late or Missing Orders ✦ 

If your order doesn't arrive on time please don't hesitate to reach out! We are covered on orders up to £50 on international tracked postage. 

Unfortunately if you selected international standard, this doesn't apply. BUT this doesn't mean we wont help either. If you are affected by this, please contact us ASAP!

For UK orders it is a little different and we will contact royal mail to try and help you the best we can
